Degradation Description
A small, urban tidal marsh was partially filled and partially drained.
Project Description
A filled tidal wetland was excavated to restore approximately 1.8 acres. The restoration was done in conjunction with the creation of a public park. Overall area for the entire project site is approximately 3.3 acres, 3.1 acres of which were conveyed to the City of Stamford for use as a public park.
